Landon and his family’s story is a true inspiration. I knew Landon before the Jacobson family tragedy, but I have become a very close friend since then. Ironically, his tragedy has created a strong bond between him and me. Watching the Jacobson’s family fight and struggle to overcome the aftermath of the accident has been a true blessing in my life. Landon’s courage, determination, and sheer will to never give up is quite a real-life miracle and is appropriately re-told in this book. I would encourage everyone to read this powerful story and find as many things as possible that can be applied to your life trials and challenges. It is a compelling and inspiring story that will make you cry, smile, and ponder-but most of all, it will make you feel grateful and blessed for the things you hold most dearly in your life.

In short, Landon and his story have taught me about life’s trials and to never give up! I’ve learned so much about Bowdie and what he has gone through. Talking with Landon since the accident, we believe there truly is life after death. The story was easy to read and had my full attention until the end, leaving me wanting more. It taught me so much about them and things I didn’t know. I cried, and I smiled while reading this story. I’m still amazed at Landon and where he is since I know where he was after the accident! Simply amazing!!
